I have worked in fitness for over 20 years beginning as a Gymnastics Coach and since working as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor (qualified Les Mills Body Pump, Attack, Combat, Balance and Zumba Instructor).
I have been involved in fitness my whole life and achieved success in a number of sports particularly gymnastics, triathlons, running & more recently fitness/sports modelling.
In 2015 I enjoyed success in my first year competing in Fitness/Sports Modelling.

My specialist areas are women's health (including pre/post natal), weight loss,
conditioning, sports-specific training and kids' fitness.

I have over 25 years experience in the fitness industry with a background in military training, martial arts and AFL.
My specialities are in weight loss,
strength and conditioning, martial arts/boxing and offer unique and varied
training utilising own body weight exercises and latest fitness trends.
